After we connect, it all starts with a scheduled phone call or screen share walkthrough. We’ll have a complimentary conversation to review your current landscape. This is a perfect opportunity to discuss how it’s utilized, its current strengths and weaknesses and share a conversation regarding possibilities. We can also answer any questions you may have about our process.

No two projects are identical, so we can identify what works best given your situation. If you’d like to move forward, an in-person consultation and site inventory can be arranged. Depending on size and scope of the project, we will express a fee prior to our visit to continue the process.

A plan is the ‘heart and soul’ working document for a space. We will establish and suggest the format we feel would best suit your landscape project based on consultation objectives. Plans range from hand drawn sketches to three dimensional computer renderings. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and fully understand all aspects of your design being once presented for review. This allows you to make the most informed decisions as we work toward the finalization of a project best suited to meet your objectives. The planning phase is the time to ‘dream big’ and discuss how a project can be addressed all at one time or in phases.

Landscape project management is a continuation of a prepared plan as it enters into the construction and development phase. When elected, we work with a trusted, vetted subcontractors bringing together collective pricing for a project prior to its commencement. We then orchestrate the logistics, source materials and manage timelines of associated trades over the duration of the project.

We are not strangers to the many variables and importance of detail that go into the many aspects of a landscape project. The bridge between design and a completed project is of course the most important of the process. We ourselves are not afraid of jumping in and getting dirty. We love diving in to help with layout, grades or trekking through a source nursery to find that perfect specimen plant that absolutely finishes off a space. We find this structure is beneficial to clients and associated trade contractors alike. It keeps us more available to clients to tend to questions, requests and explanations. It also allows the involved trades to focus on the project at hand.

We understand this all may perhaps be a lot to digest at first. We’re here to answer any additional questions you may have. Ultimately we wish to work with you to maximize the enjoyment of your outdoor space. There is really no job too large or small as long all necessary factors are covered to do it correctly and the end result is enjoyable and hits the mark. Even if its a patio space that needs to be revisited or an area of your garden that needs to be brightened up, we’re up for the challenge.
